Description
The County of Hawaii desired to purchase four window air conditioners based on specified requirements. The RFQ was cancelled due to prices exceeding the budgeted amount. Key requirements for the air conditioners included 3-speed adjustable fan, 4-way air direction, digital display, and energy efficiency. The contract was to be awarded by individual line item, and all bids were to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid, and inclusive of applicable taxes.
