Landscape Architecture/Site Planning ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional services in landscape architecture and site planning, with a maximum annual compensation of $2,500,000. The contract has a term of 2 years, with the option for two 1-year renewals. The contractor, SMITHGROUP, will provide services on an as-needed basis, and will be paid on a lump sum or hourly rate basis. The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnity, and insurance. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to change its template forms and internal procedures with respect to invoicing, work orders, solicitations, proposals, change orders, and other documents issued to the contractor. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including tasks such as site planning, design and construction documentation, and construction administration. • The contractor is required to carry insurance, including professional liability, commercial general liability, and workers' compensation. • The contract includes provisions for auditing and inspection of the contractor's work. • The contractor is required to provide a statement of affiliations, including the names and addresses of its principals, officers, and shareholders. • The contract includes provisions for termination, including termination for cause or convenience. • The contractor is required to indemnify the City of Pittsburgh against any claims or damages arising from the contractor's work.
