CMMS ( Computerized Maintenance Management Sste) Azteca Cityworks Implementation - Phase 2

The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals from qualified Azteca partners for Phase 2 of their CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Azteca Cityworks Implementation. The project involves implementing Azteca Cityworks for Wastewater Collections and Water Distribution. The City reserves the right to add on additional work in future fiscal years based on funding availability. • The City of Palm Bay Utilities Department has completed Phase 1 of its Enterprise Cityworks Asset Maintenance Management Program. • The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals to implement Azteca Cityworks for Wastewater Collections and Water Distribution. • A pre-bid conference was held on December 16, 2011. • The City of Palm Bay’s Evaluation Selection Committee met on June 19, 2012 to discuss and rank proposals.
