Description
The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a professional services agreement with Skullenwink LLC, D/B/A Bone Haus Brewing, for the sale of alcoholic beverages at the 2025 Fountain Hills Music Fest. The vendor will provide staffing and services for the duration of the Music Fest, and the town will obtain and hold a County-issued alcohol permit. The revenue from alcohol sales will be divided between the town and the vendor, with the town receiving 30% and the vendor receiving 70%. The agreement is for a period of 9 months, from September 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Some key points of the agreement include:
* The vendor will provide all necessary staffing and services for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
* The town will obtain and hold a County-issued alcohol permit.
* The revenue from alcohol sales will be divided between the town and the vendor.
* The agreement is for a period of 9 months.
* The vendor will indemnify the town against any claims or damages arising from the performance of the services.
* The town may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause.
