BLOOD DRAW / BIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE / URINE COLLECTION SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Sheriff's Department, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide blood draw, biological evidence, and urine collection services. The services are intended to facilitate the collection of biological fluid samples, DNA samples, and sexual assault evidence. American Forensic Nurses was determined to be the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder for these services. • The RFP was released on June 20, 2013. • The last day for questions on the Public Purchase Website was July 2, 2013. • Bid responses were due on July 18, 2013. • The Evaluation Committee recommended American Forensic Nurses for the contract, contingent upon successful contract negotiations and approval by the Board of Supervisors.
