Description
The County of Riverside is seeking to establish community-based programs to provide integrated care behavioral health services to individuals with untreated serious mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. The program aims to divert individuals from conviction and/or incarceration, reduce recidivism, and increase success in multiple life domains. The contract was awarded to Recovery Innovations, Inc. DBA RI International, pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
• The program will provide intensive treatment, case management, support, and wrap-around services based on the principles of mental health and substance abuse recovery.
• The target population includes adult residents of Riverside County with a history of mental health and/or substance abuse disorder who are currently in contact with the criminal justice system.
• The program will be based on the Full Service Partnership model of care, which provides a fully integrated approach to treating serious mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• The contract is pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
