Historic Consulting ITQ

This contract is for historic consulting services to be provided by Skelly and Loy Inc to the City of Pittsburgh. The services include projectspecific professional service proposals, condition surveys and materials analysis, historical analysis, restoration and/or preservation of historical assets, and other tasks. The contract has a duration of 2 years and a maximum annual compensation of $500,000.
