The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to remove 22 full trees and grind 106 additional stumps across public rights‑of‑way and park locations during FY 2026. Work must include full extraction of trees, stump grinding to at least 24 in. depth, back‑filling with generated material, protection of underground utilities, and daily off‑site disposal of debris.
