This contract is for the printing and mailing of the City Water Treatment Plant's Consumer Confidence Report. The contract includes the printing and mailing of CCR brochures and TDS Exemption Notice postcards. The vendor is expected to provide the services in accordance with the specifications stated in the solicitation document. The prices bid shall be inclusive of all labor, equipment, materials, freight, handling, surcharges, and all other incidental costs. • The contract includes three items: CCR brochures mailed, CCR brochures delivered, and TDS Exemption Notice postcards. • The quantities for each item are 11,500 pieces for CCR brochures mailed, 500 pieces for CCR brochures delivered, and 36,000 pieces for TDS Exemption Notice postcards. • The unit prices for each item are $0.332 for CCR brochures mailed, $0.272 for CCR brochures delivered, and $0.088 for TDS Exemption Notice postcards. • The total price for each item is $3,818.00 for CCR brochures mailed, $136.00 for CCR brochures delivered, and $3,168.00 for TDS Exemption Notice postcards.
