CDBG Consolidated Plan Consulting Services

The City of Roseville is seeking consulting services to develop a Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Program. The consultant will establish goals and strategies for housing and community development in the City of Roseville for 2025-2029. The scope of work includes reviewing the City's 2020 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and updating it as needed. • The consultant must have expertise and understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as it relates to the Community Development Block Program (CDBG). • The consultant will work with City staff to develop a five-year Con Plan. • The consultant will review and update the City's Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. • The City is an entitlement jurisdiction and receives an annual CDBG allocation directly from HUD.
