Pre Psych/Post Psych Screening

The Multnomah County Department of Sheriff's Office, Human Resources Division, is seeking professional services to conduct pre-employment psychological screening for employees. The successful contractor will provide pre-employment psychological screening of agency applicants, psychological fitness for duty examinations of designated supervisory and management personnel, and consultation/training as requested. The contract term is 5 years, with an estimated annual budget of $720,000. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed description of the services to be provided, including the methodology used for the exams, and the format of the reports to be submitted to the County. • The contractor will be required to provide pre-employment psychological screening services for all prospective Law Enforcement Deputies, Reserve Deputies, Corrections Deputies, Facility Security Officers, and Corrections Counselors. • The contractor will be required to provide psychological fitness for duty examinations of designated supervisory and management personnel. • The contractor will be required to provide consultation/training as requested. • The contractor will be required to submit a quarterly report to the County, including the name, date of evaluation, evaluation category, and summary of findings for each applicant. • The contractor will be required to maintain confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of the contract.
