Janitorial Services - Police Department

The City of Rosenberg has awarded a contract to The Cleaning Source for janitorial services for the Police Department. The contract is for a period of one year, with four optional renewal terms of one year each. The maximum contract amount is $15,183.60. The contractor will provide janitorial services as described in the quote dated 08/20/2020. The City reserves the right to modify any amount due to the contractor presented by invoice to the City if necessary to conform the amount to the terms of the Contract and Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code. • The contract includes provisions for termination, liability, and indemnity. • The contractor shall perform the work under this contract as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the City. • The contract includes a dispute resolution procedure, which involves mediation before a third party. • The contractor warrants that it is not identified on a list prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a company that engages in business with Sudan, Iran or a foreign terrorist organization.
