SINGLE AND/OR DOUBLE DRUM ROLLER RENTAL

The County of Hawaii is seeking a price agreement for the rental of various heavy equipment, including single and double drum rollers. The contract is for a term beginning upon receipt of Notice to Proceed until June 30, 2016. The contract includes specifications and special provisions that must be downloaded, filled out, signed, and uploaded with the bid submission. The contract also includes a list of items with their corresponding unit prices. • The contract includes single drum rollers with minimum 11 ton, 13 ton, and 19 ton capacities. • The contract includes double steel drum rollers with minimum 10 ton, 13 ton, and 15 ton capacities. • The contract includes various pricing options, such as hourly, 8-hour day, 10-hour day, 5-day week, 7-day week, and monthly prices. • The contract requires all bids to be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
