UPFITTING OF POLICE PACKAGE VEHICLES

This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to up‑fit Chevrolet Tahoe police‑package vehicles for the City of Mobile, Alabama. The work includes installing a full suite of law‑enforcement equipment—signal systems, power distribution, consoles, lighting, partitions, and associated hardware—on both patrol‑build and non‑patrol‑build vehicles, with a minimum production capacity of three of each per week. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid, firm‑fixed‑price basis; prices must remain firm for one year with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions. Vendors must be certified to install the SoundOff bluePRINT system, provide E‑Verify verification, and, if out‑of‑state, obtain an Alabama Certificate of Authority.
