Heat Plant Bag House Demo

This contract is for the demolition of the "bag house" at the Whalin Complex at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the demolition of the abatement/demolition of the building. The project has a mandatory pre-bid conference and a completion schedule with substantial work to be completed by 7/14/2023 and final work by 7/28/2023. The contract also includes liquidated damages for delays. • The project requires a 5% bid bond and payment and performance bonds. • The contractor must provide surety bonds and a list of similar projects. • The contractor must also provide a list of current projects under contract and bonded. • A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at the time of award.
