Grounds Maintenance

This contract is for University-Wide Grounds Maintenance services, including professional operations management and personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies. The contract will cover various campus locations, including Modesto M. Maidique Campus, Engineering Center, and Biscayne Bay Campus, which covers an estimated area of 575 acres. The contract has a five-year initial term with the option to renew for five additional one-year terms.
