Architect Services, Continuing Contract

The School Board of Charlotte County, Florida, issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQual) to select the most qualified architectural firms on a continuing basis for projects under $2 million dollars. The District's evaluation team short-listed four firms and determined that Harvard Jolley, Inc., RG Architects, PA, Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc., and Parker Mudgett Smith Architects, Inc. offered the best value per the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFQual. The contract has a term of 1 year with four, 1-year options and an annual estimate of $50,000 - $2,000,000. • The contract is for architectural services, including landscape architectural, land surveying, and mapping services. • The District desires to utilize a Continuing Contract for quickly processing architectural service projects under $2 million dollars. • The contract will commence and continue throughout its duration based on satisfactory performance. • The District will negotiate and enter into a contract with the most qualified firms that will accept a compensation which the District determines fair, competitive, and reasonable.
