Disability Services for Children and Adults

This contract is for the provision of disability services for children and adults in Ocean County, New Jersey. The contract was awarded to The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, Inc. for a period of one year, from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, with a budget of up to $69,000. The services to be provided include necessary disability services for adult and/or children who are residents in Ocean County with a cognitive and/or developmental disability. The contract was awarded as a professional service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.4, as the services to be performed are specialized and qualitative in nature and require expertise, extensive training, and a proven reputation in this field of endeavor. • The contract is contingent upon the adoption of the 2022 County Budget. • The Director and Clerk of the Board are authorized and directed to enter into an Agreement with The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, Inc. • The contract number must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to this Agreement. • A certified copy of this Resolution, together with a copy of the Agreement executed by the parties, shall remain on file and be available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.
