Enterprise Geographic Information Systems

The Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking to build upon its on-premise GIS platform to create, organize, and store geospatially enabled data. The system must provide the ability to enrich data with demographic and business information, utilize mobile applications for off-site data collection, and integrate with a web-based repository that populates on-premise SQL databases in real-time. The contract was awarded to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri). Key features of the contract include: • Creation of static maps, web maps, and web applications • Enrichment of data with demographic and business information • Utilization of mobile applications for off-site data collection • Integration with a web-based repository that populates on-premise SQL databases in real-time • Ability to identify underlying socio-economic trends within the analysis population
