Description
The Multnomah County Health Department (MCHD) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide delivery and filling of oxygen, liquid nitrogen, nitrous oxide containers, and any accessories needed for the equipment and safe handling of equipment. The contract term shall be 5 years, and the supplier must meet all the appropriate OSHA requirements for the transportation and handling of the described materials. The MCHD operates 10 dental clinics in various settings and provides preventive, routine, and urgent care, as well as promoting oral health and prevention. The goal of seeking liquid gas delivery and refills is to continue providing high-quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective services for MCHD patients.
• The contract requires the supplier to provide separate accounts for each MCHD facility location listed.
• The supplier must be able to provide delivery and filling of oxygen, liquid nitrogen, nitrous oxide containers, and any accessories needed for the equipment and safe handling of equipment.
• The supplier must meet all the appropriate OSHA requirements for the transportation and handling of the described materials.
• The contract term shall be 5 years.
• The MCHD reserves the right to terminate the contract if the supplier fails to meet the minimum requirements.
