Description
The Hernando County School Board is seeking a contractor to provide generator equipment on-site repairs and preventative maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of time specified in the bid documents, and the contractor will be required to provide all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. The services will include diagnostic testing, replacement of needed components, fill cooling systems, check cooling system, check for leaks, test safety circuits, replace oil and fuel filters, fuel injections pumps, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, load bank testing, and testing of generator when repairs/service are complete to verify operational. The contractor will also be required to provide a firm hourly labor rate and a firm percentage discount off manufacturer's list price for parts and materials.
