Chiller Plant Services

This contract is for full-service maintenance, including all service, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC Chiller equipment for various locations within Florida International University campuses. The initial term of the contract is for three (3) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The contract was awarded to Carrier Corp.
