BADGING SUPPLIES

This contract is for the purchase and delivery of Badging Equipment, Products, and Supplies for the John Wayne Airport. The contract is a firm-fixed fee contract with a total contract amount not to exceed $150,000. The contractor, Barcodes Acquisition, Inc dba IDW, LLC, shall provide all items on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and insurance requirements. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and labor standards. • The contract term is 5 years, from April 30, 2022, to April 29, 2027. • The contract amount is not to exceed $30,000 per year, with a total contract amount not to exceed $150,000. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, products, and supplies for the badging office. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and labor standards. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and insurance requirements.
