Heavy Equipment Lease Rental and Purchase Services

This solicitation governs a multi‑vendor, indefinite‑quantity contract for Santa Fe County’s Public Works Department to obtain heavy‑equipment lease, short‑term rental, and purchase services. The County may award one or more price agreements to qualified equipment suppliers, with equipment ranging from wheel loaders and back‑hoe loaders to motor graders, dozers, rollers, excavators, water trucks, pavers, and related machinery. The contract is structured on a unit‑price basis, allowing partial bids, and requires new equipment for long‑term leases (used equipment only for short‑term rentals). Planned maintenance for long‑term lease equipment is invoiced on an hourly‑usage basis.
