Transportation Funding Research Project

The State of Montana, Department of Transportation, is seeking a vendor to provide research to develop a long-term forecast of motor fuel receipts incorporating changes that are occurring with respect to fuel consumption and to look at the Montana specific characteristics of alternative fuel and high efficiency fleet growth. The contract was awarded to High Street Consulting Group. The scope of services includes providing research and developing a forecast. The contract has a lump sum payment structure. • The project requires the vendor to provide a total, all-inclusive cost for the project. • The vendor must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the RFP. • The vendor must provide a statement setting forth in detail the basis for their determination if they do not comply with the provisions of 30-20-301, MCA. • The vendor must upload a completed Trade Secret Affidavit if their proposal contains confidential information.
