Employee Wellness Training Program

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner Department, has awarded a contract to Heather Willimas, PsyD., for an Employee Wellness Training Program. The program aims to provide training and education to enhance awareness and learn new strategies to cope with stress, trauma, and anger. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew, and a total contract amount of $450,000. The vendor will provide various courses, including basic peer support, advanced peer support, critical incident stress management, and more. The vendor will also provide instructors who are subject matter experts and will ensure that all instructors are certified and licensed within the State of California.
