The City of Independence, Missouri's City Clerk's office is looking for a qualified supplier to provide two different types of paper. The types and amounts are provided in the bid. The contract was awarded to xpedx based on their low bid and previous experience as a provider. The paper to be provided includes 3-Part Reverse paper and 2-Part Reverse paper. • The contract requires the supplier to provide 5 cases of 3-Part Reverse paper and 4 cases of 2-Part Reverse paper. • The paper should be 20 lb., 8-1/2" x 11" in size, with specific print and grain requirements. • The supplier should deliver the paper to the City of Independence, Missouri, with inside delivery only, south side entrance. • The contract also includes notes on the price per carton and the compatibility of the paper with copiers.
