Zavanta Subscription

This contract is for a four-year subscription to the Zavanta software, provided by Comprose, Inc. to the County of Orange. The contract includes features such as secure online access, content creation and standardization, and workflow automation. The subscription details and pricing are outlined in Attachment A, and the payment terms and invoicing instructions are outlined in Attachment B. The contract also includes provisions for indemnification, termination, and dispute resolution. The County of Orange is responsible for paying the contractor a total of $52,800.00 for the four-year subscription.
