BOARDING UP AND SECURING OF STRUCTURES

The City of Palm Bay, Florida awarded a contract for boarding up and securing of structures to Huggins Brothers Construction. The contract is for a period of one year, from April 10, 2016 to April 9, 2017. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required for boarding up and securing structures. The work will be performed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, on an as-needed basis. The contractor must respond to the city's representative within 48 hours of written request. • The contract is for a non-exclusive short-term agreement. • The city has the option to award the agreement to a single primary contractor or to a primary as well as a secondary contractor. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required for boarding up and securing structures. • The work will be performed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must respond to the city's representative within 48 hours of written request.
