083.25.B7 Translation, Interpretation, Transcription and Sign Language Services

This contract is for the provision of translation, interpretation, transcription, and sign language services to Howard County Public School System (HCPSS). The contract was awarded to Frederick Interpreting Agency, a private company that provides sign language and interpretation services. The contract term is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for an additional four years. The contract value is not to exceed $6,791,313.24 over the term of the contract. The services to be provided include sign language and simultaneous video remote interpretation, sign language and simultaneous on-site interpretation, and written translation.
