Module 5, Phase B and Module 4 Slope Extension Base Liner Systems at the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility

This contract is for the construction of Module 5, Phase B and Module 4 Slope Extension Base Liner Systems at the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility. The project includes traffic control, excavation, general fill, preparing the subgrade for construction of the landfill liner, furnishing and installing landfill liner components and related items, furnishing and installing the leachate collection and removal system and components and related items, crushing, screening, placing operations layer soil, and furnishing and installing a pan lysimeter. The engineer's estimate for this project is approximately $3,102,640.00. The contract was awarded to four bidders: Anderson Dragline, Inc., Innovative Construction Solutions, Stimpel-Wiebelhaus Assoc., Inc., and Steve Manning Construction, Inc.
