Description
The Wichita Falls Independent School District is seeking a Third Party Administrator for Worker's Compensation services. The contract term is for three years, with the option for two additional one-year renewals. The selected vendor will provide claims adjusting and processing services, including quality and prompt claims adjusting, receipt and filing of all required forms, and assignment of cases to a licensed worker's compensation claims adjuster. The vendor must also provide periodic reports, including annual loss reports and periodic reports showing the status and prognosis of losses. The District prefers a vendor with experience working with school districts in Texas and a demonstrated level of good performance.
