JAG Adult Re-Entry Planning Program (ARPP)

The County of Fresno is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide evidence-based case management services to participants within the guidelines of an Adult Re-Entry Planning Program (ARPP). The program aims to provide services to participants in the community, including counseling, case management, and referrals to community resources. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring cultural and linguistic sensitivity in all aspects of the program planning and service delivery. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The program will serve approximately 160 participants. • The vendor will be responsible for providing case management services, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services. • The vendor will be required to collect and report data on program outcomes. • The vendor will be expected to work collaboratively with County staff and other public agencies to ensure the success of the program.
