The work includes: • Analyzing well data to determine whether the standard oil‑volume response threshold can be reduced. • Drafting a formal exemption request package to be submitted to the Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). • Delivering a final report to Mustang Holding LLC (MHLLC) that consolidates the analysis and exemption documentation. The award value is capped at $10,000 NTE, with a fast‑track schedule (approximately six weeks from award to final delivery).
