Description
The contract is for Miscellaneous Planning Service - Countywide, and the scope of work includes providing professional services as described in the attached Exhibit "A". The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional term not to exceed the initial term. The contract value is estimated to be $65,000. The contract includes provisions for change orders, supplemental task authorizations, and insurance requirements. The vendor is required to maintain certain licenses and certifications, and to comply with Florida Statutes Chapter 435 regarding background screenings.
