ELECTRONIC/ALCOHOL MONITORING EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals for the provision of electronic/alcohol monitoring equipment and services. The contract will be for a period of time that allows for the provision of equipment and services for three primary departments: Sheriff, Probation, and Behavioral Health. The services will include equipment, device installation, 24-hour monitoring, reporting, technical support, and troubleshooting. The contract is expected to be awarded to two vendors, Buddi USA, LLC and Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. dba SCRAM Systems. • The contract is for the provision of electronic/alcohol monitoring equipment and services. • The contract will be for a period of time that allows for the provision of equipment and services for three primary departments: Sheriff, Probation, and Behavioral Health. • The services will include equipment, device installation, 24-hour monitoring, reporting, technical support, and troubleshooting. • The contract is expected to be awarded to two vendors, Buddi USA, LLC and Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. dba SCRAM Systems. • The contract is subject to approval by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors. • The vendors are not authorized to begin work or deliver products without first receiving a signed purchase order or signed contract from the Purchasing Agent.
