DFCM Construction Pre Qualified - SUU Child Development Center Parking Lot Addition - 25020730

The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the Child Development Center Parking Lot Addition at Southern Utah University. The project consists of expanding an existing parking lot, including lighting and a concrete dumpster pad. The construction cost estimate is $225,000.00. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on June 13, 2024. • The project includes clearing and grubbing, mobilization, 3-inch HMA PG 58-28, sawcutting, removal of asphalt, excavation, untreated base course, granular borrow, 24-inch curb and gutter, removal of concrete, driveway, 6-inch flatwork, 9-inch flatwork, curb inlet box, drainage water concrete basin, small curb outlet box, 6-inch SCH 40 PVC pipe, and pavement marking paint. • The bid documents will be available on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding. • The construction cost estimate is $225,000.00. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on June 13, 2024.
