Description
The contract is for the replacement of a household sewage treatment system (HSTS) at a property located at 3172 Loyal Oak Drive, Norton, Ohio 44203. The project requires the installation of an NPDES compliant aerobic treatment unit that is capable of treating at least 360 gallons per day. The contractor must also abandon the existing system in accordance with the Summit County Environmental Health code and ensure that the new system meets all applicable local building codes and regulations. The contract is subject to Davis Bacon wage rates.
