RFQ 6606-M - FSU Health Construction Management Services

The contract is for Construction Management Services for the Academic Health Center, a new 100,000 GSF building on a greenfield site located on Tallahassee Memorial Hospital's campus. The delivery method will be Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The successful CM will be required to work harmoniously with the Design Professional and other consultants of the Owner.
