This contract is for Job Order Contracting for HVAC and/or HVAC Related Projects for Harris Health. The contract was awarded to The Brandt Companies, LLC and Letsos Company, and the term is from July 24, 2025, to July 23, 2026, with four one-year renewal options. The contract is estimated to be worth $7,000,000. The scope of work includes providing heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) repair, renovation, or alteration services for small and large projects that may be of a recurring nature, with indefinite delivery times and/or indefinite quantities at locations throughout Harris Health. • The contract was developed and issued as an RFP, and the evaluation and cost information remain confidential until the Board of Trustees approves the award and the Agreements are executed. • The Evaluation Committee consisted of representatives from Harris Health System’s Engineering Department and a representative from the Office of the Harris County Purchasing Agent. • The contract is subject to execution of the Agreement, and if the vendor and Harris Health are unable to agree to an executable contract, Harris Health reserves the right to negotiate with other proposers.
