Commercial Appliance Repair and Service

The contract is for commercial appliance repair and service for the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The vendor, ProTech Service, will provide onsite repair and service for commercial appliances district-wide, including standard and non-standard working hours. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods and/or up to 180 days beyond the term. The contract includes a maximum 10% mark-up for overhead and profit.
