058.25.B3 Electrical Contractor Services On-Call

This contract is for electrical contractor services on an as-needed basis. The contractor shall provide all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the "MULTI-STEP BID Solicitation Documents". The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for two one-year periods. The contract value is estimated to be $18,750,000 over the term of the contract. The contractor shall exercise no administrative authority over the work of employees of the Board, but shall act only as advisers in those fields in which they are qualified to offer expert assistance. Some key points of this contract include: * The contractor shall provide all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the "MULTI-STEP BID Solicitation Documents". * The contractor shall exercise no administrative authority over the work of employees of the Board, but shall act only as advisers in those fields in which they are qualified to offer expert assistance. * The contractor shall deliver all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the "MULTI-STEP BID Solicitation Documents". * The contractor shall be paid only for services that are specifically named in the Bid. * The Board has approved contract spending authority in the amount not to exceed (NTE) $3,750,000.00 (Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cent) annually. * The contractor shall not assign or transfer the contractor’s interest or obligation under this Agreement to any third party, without the prior written consent of the Board. * The contractor shall not delegate the contractor’s duties under this Agreement without prior written consent of the Board.
