21-15 Disaster Debris Removal & Disposal Services

This contract is for disaster debris removal and disposal services in Bay County, Florida. The contractor, Southern Disaster Recovery, LLC, will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. The contract is for a term of 5 years, from June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2026. The contract includes provisions for payment, performance security, insurance, and termination. The key services to be performed include: • Debris removal and disposal • Emergency debris road clearance • Debris management sites • Coordination with FEMA and County Staff • Provision of equipment and personnel • Community relations and other tasks as directed by the County Manager.
