Irrigation Parts and Services - Catalog - COOP

This contract is for the provision of irrigation parts and services to various Bergen County using agencies. The contract was awarded to Storr Tractor Company through a competitive bidding process, and the company will provide catalog parts and repair services for a period of 24 months. The contract has a total value not to exceed $300,000. • The contract is an open-ended contract, which means that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order or pay for any goods or services except when it orders them. • The contract is available to registered members of the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance #CK04. • The contract is subject to compliance with the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
