Technology Solutions, Products and Services

This contract is for technology solutions, products, and services provided by EDpuzzle, Inc. to Richmond Public Schools. The contract has a term of 2 years, with the option to renew. The vendor will provide various technology solutions and services to the school district. • The contract includes provisions for purchase orders, invoicing, and payment terms. • The vendor is required to provide sales reports to TIPS. • The contract includes a confidentiality claim form and a certification by corporate offerer. • The vendor agrees to limit any automatic renewal clauses to not longer than "month to month" and at the TIPS contracted rate. • The vendor agrees to exclude any arbitration requirement in any contracts or agreements entered into between TIPS or a TIPS member entity. • The vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS.
