Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program ADOH 301-19 Round 6 Condreay

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of a single-family housing unit through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. The work consists of the repair and rehabilitation of single-family site-built homes, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, and other related repairs. The contractor awarded the bid shall provide proof of Workman’s Compensation Insurance, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, and Automobile Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance. • The project will include repair and upgrade of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, and other related repairs for the residential unit meeting all HUD requirements and local building codes. • The contractor must provide all testing and access equipment. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town.
