Description
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide for the acquisition of HP Split 13t-g100 x2 PCs. The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to supply these PCs. However, the RFQ was cancelled, and the County reserves the right to revise the specifications and reissue a solicitation at a later date. The key requirements for the PCs include Windows 8 Pro 64, 4th generation Intel Core i5-4202Y Processor, 4GB DDR3 System Memory, and 128GB Flash Solid State Drive.
• The PCs must have a touchscreen and HP TrueVision Full HD Webcam with Dual Digital Microphone.
• The vendor must be able to deliver the PCs by May 28, 2014.
• The vendor must provide a price response and complete all required response documents.
• The County will negotiate in good faith to resolve any disputed invoices.
