NETWORKING EQUIPMENT

This contract is for the provision of networking equipment, including network switches, twin axial cables, power cords, wireless access points, and transceiver modules, to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. The contract is an open-end contract, with no guarantee of future use or quantities, but the agency anticipates placing several orders per year. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor is required to provide the equipment at the prices listed in the contract, and the agency will pay for the equipment upon receipt of a proper invoice. The contract also includes provisions for payment, delivery, and warranty.
