This contract is for the replacement of a septic system at 7007 Schoeph Dr. in Northfield, Ohio. The winning bidder will enter into a contract with the County of Summit to replace the failing septic system. The contractor must install an NPDES-compliant aerobid treatment unit that is capable of treating at least 480 gallons per day. The discharge must go to the covered roadside ditch along Schoeph. The owner is responsible for all fees and permits. The contractor must locate all water wells and ensure that the existing septic is pumped, crushed, and filled according to state and local code. • The contract includes the installation of a new septic system • The contractor must meet all applicable local building codes and regulations • The contractor must carry a minimum of $2,000,000 of general commercial liability insurance and $1,000,000 of commercial auto liability • The contractor must list the County of Summit as an additional insured on their policy • The contract is subject to Davis Bacon wage rates
