Music Fest/Beer

This contract is a professional services agreement between the Town of Fountain Hills and Skullenwink LLC, D/B/A Bone Haus Brewing, for the provision of services related to the 2024 Fountain Hills Music Fest. The contract includes provisions for the sale of alcoholic beverages, revenue sharing, and insurance requirements. The Town of Fountain Hills will obtain and hold a County-issued alcohol permit, hire peace officers and event staff, and provide fencing for the area where alcohol will be sold. Bone Haus Brewing will provide staffing, serve alcoholic beverages, implement procedures for managing the service of alcoholic beverages, and provide the Town with its portion of the revenue from alcohol sales. The contract also includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and confidentiality.
